3. Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update or cancel it before processing.

4. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders and save shipping details for future purchases.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status anytime.

SHIPPING

1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE Shipping and Handling to the lower 48 States.

Please note that Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, and Military APO addresses are excluded.

2. Can you ship to a PO Box or Military APO address?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is a valid physical location.

3. What shipping methods do you use for small parcels (1–150 lbs)?ping costs?

We ship small parcels via the following methods:

  • Small regular items: 1–7 business days
  • LTL Freight items: 1-10 business days

The shipping carrier will be selected at DBM’s discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the delivery method and location:

  • Small regular items: 1–7 business days
  • LTL Freight items: 1-10 business days

We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. We can only ship to the address specified at the time of payment. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

RETURN & REFUND

1. What is your return policy?
  • We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
  • For damages or wrong items, please contact us (support@dbimporters.com). To speed up the resolution process, we recommend that you provide us your order # and 1-2 photos within the email.
  • We will take full responsibility and we will make sure to have the matter resolved quickly.
2. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 30 days after DBM receives and inspects the returned product to ensure it meets all return requirements.

3. Can I return an item without an RMA#?

No. All returns must have an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) issued by DBM Support before sending the item back.

Any return without an RMA#, or shipped as COD or Freight Collect, will be refused

4. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Do not sign for the delivery if you notice any external packaging damage.
