1. SHIPPING INFO

DBM offers FREE SHIPPING and handling on all orders to the Lower 48 States of the United States. Shipping is not available to the following locations:

• Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island

• P.O. Boxes or Military APO addresses
  

(*) Orders are shipped only to the address provided at the time of payment.

A. Small Parcel (1–150 lbs)

• Economy Ground: 1–7 business days

• United States Postal Service (USPS): 1–7 business days

• Shipping method will be at DBM’s discretion to ensure safe and timely delivery.

B. Freight Trucking (150 lbs+ or Oversized Items)

• LTL Freight: 1-10 business days

B1. Commercial Delivery

• Free Shipping and Handling to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift in the Lower 48 States.

B2. Residential Delivery / Lift-Gate Service

• Additional Charges: $100 Residential Delivery + $100 Lift-Gate Service (if required)
• Freight carrier uses special equipment to safely lower heavy items to the ground.
• Extra Charges may apply for remote areas, farms, construction sites, or school zones.

2. POSSIBLE DELAYS: 

• Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and may vary.
• Orders may occasionally arrive outside the estimated timeframe.
• Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.
